I've had this project on the back-burner in my brain for AGES. I love the dressy look of fabric wrapped console tables, so I tackled the perfect tester project with a basic Ikea Side Table as a proof of concept. Stay tuned for MORE fabric wrapping tutorials and tips!
I expected to hit some snags with this project, especially since it involves spray adhesive, but pleasantly it only took under an hour to complete and looks AMAZING. Scroll down for the link to the full DIY steps.
This is a great option for a room refresh on a budget, kid's rooms or any space that needs an occasional table (like an office).
Fabric.com has thousands of gorgeous patterns and solid fabrics you can use to complete this project. You can even purchase large swatches to test out fabric weights and colors before you commit. I also grabbed some solid linens to make some fresh shams. Use two different colors for the front and back of the pillows so you can switch up your look regularly!
