SHAG RUG TUTORIAL
Rugs are a crucial element to making a room feel cozy and inviting. Although it may seem an arduous and time-consuming project, rug weaving is a great partner activity and can help you decompress after a long day. You can easily create custom floor coverings for your home with wonderful textures and patterns using a latch hook tool and your favorite wool yarns. I partnered with eHow to create this textural and colorful yarn shag rug, see how I did it below!

What You'll Need
This was my favorite tool I tried over a prolonged period of time!
The greatest expense of this project is the yarn! Scout the internet and craft stores for the best sales on yarn and fibers for your rug.
Use sharp fabric scissors to cut multiple yarn pieces for weaving at a time.
Good luck & happy crafting!
