MATERIALS
Headband (Target Dollar Spot)
Hot Glue
Kid Safe Scissors
Just print at home on white card stock and follow the three easy instructions included on the page ! Let the kiddos practice cutting along the dotted line, but be sure to use hot glue with adult supervision!
