PUNCH OUT MARKED HOLES AND TIE ON COLORFUL STRINGS OR RIBBONS TO FASTEN BEHIND YOUR HEAD.
SET UP A DECORATION STATION FOR PARTY GUESTS TO ADD GLITTER, RHINESTONES AND FEATHERS TO THEIR CUSTOM CROWNS.
